Navigate the Casper Group

COVID-19

Published on: 18th March 2020

As you will be aware, there are continuing concerns around the transmission of the Covid-19 Coronavirus which presently continues to spread around the UK and Europe, as a group we are adopting various methods as part of our ongoing strategy to support the situation, minimise disruption, ensure business continuity and the safety of our employees and stakeholders.

Some of the measures which we are taking include:

o Increased cleaning/sanitising in all workspaces including all office environments and company vehicles.

o Closely following government guidelines with a key task group overseeing all internal communication and enforcements to ensure all our staff are fully prepared and equipped.

o Where practical, reducing the number of office-based employees to limit the exposure and potential for transmission of the virus.

o Where practical, reducing the level of attendance onboard vessels and at terminals to reduce transmission likelihood.

o With our UK network of offices, we are maintaining constant communication with all terminals to ensure we have a full overview of the UK port situations to report accurate information to our stakeholders.

As the situation is developing and changing on a daily basis, our key task group and senior management teams are in constant dialogue to ensure that accurate information is being reported and fully enforced.

Thank you for your support.
